My husband & I are about to embark on a great adventure. We are bringing a ministry called Freedom Session to our church & community. It is a Christ centered journey toward healing, designed to bring people to new levels of freedom & hope. It is for those who struggle with fear, shame, childhood wounds, addictions, & general brokenness. This ministry was started in Canada by Ken & Bonnie Dyk & we are now blessed to be the first church in the state of Washington to begin a group.
I'll be sharing our successes & our setbacks (hopefully not too many of those) as we go along in hopes that someone else who may be thinking about starting Freedom Session in their own community will find encouragement to do so. Also, as we help others on their freedom journey, we will be joining right along with them as we continue our own process. The Bible says, that we have been set free, we are being set free & we will be set free. It is a continual process as long as we live on this earth.
